On August 30&31 ,2024💙🎊 the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Matab
-ang successfully conducted the much-awaited Linggo ng Kabataan 2024, a celebration of youth and unity. ✨

Linggo ng Kabataan (LNK) is observed every
August across the Philippines, commemorating the vivid energy, creativity, and potential of our young. This annual event is a worldwide celebration that aims to empower and inspire the younger generation via numerous events and programs that cultivate leadership, community participation, and personal growth.

We are very honored and grateful to all of the participants, volunteers, and the entire community for making this event a huge success! Let's continue to uplift and unite as we build a brighter future of Sk Barangay MATAB-ANG. 🎊🎊💙💯

HIP-HOP COMPETITION

Rules and Mechanics

1. The competition is exclusive to residents of Brgy. Matab-ang. Participants must provide proof of residency (e.g., ID, Barangay Certification).
2. Each group must consist of at least 3 dancers. All dancers must be residents of Brgy. Matab-ang.
3. There is no limit on the number of groups that can register for the hip-hop competition.
4. For registration, just message the page of Brgy. Matab-ang Council.
5. Each group must perform a dance of 2 to 5 minutes running time.

Rules and Mechanics

1. The tournament is exclusive to residents of Brgy Matab-ang. Participants must provide proof of residency (e.g., ID, Barangay Certification).
2. Each team must consist of 5 main players and may have 1 substitute players. All team members must be residents of Brgy Matab-ang.
3. There is no limit on the number of teams that can register for the tournament.
4. All teams must complete the registration (see attached below) form with the required informatin.
5. Each team is responsible for their own internet connection and devices. Make sure your connection is stable during matches.

This is our 2nd day of Screening. Calling again the attention of Barangay Zone 6, Zone 10, Zone 7 and Barangay Matab-ang performers and dancers, screening for the Minuluan Festival is getting closer!

📌When: August 12, 2024
📌Time: 6:00 PM-9:00 PM
📌Venue: Matab-ang Court

📌What to wear: Fitted black tops and either cycling or leggings- No oversized shirts or jersey shorts.
📌What to bring: Socks, Water bottle, and necessary things like a hygiene kit.

Join us as we embark on a mesmerizing journey through the vibrant world of Minuluan dance, as we bring to life the captivating stories and rituals of diverse cultures. See you there!
