Today marks a significant milestone in our journey, as we come together for the final turn over. With immense gratitude and pride, we announce that the transition process has been successfully completed, thanks to the relentless efforts of the DILG Talisay Ma'am Liza Fernandez, our accounting officers City of Talisay , Barangay Captain Hon. Mary Ann Nolasco , Treasure Ronald Tagaro , Secretary Rowena Lauron, Newly elected SK Chairman Jastine Jimenez SK Councilors and Outgoing Sangguniang Kabataan Council.

To each person who has played an integral role in this transformative journey, we extend our heartfelt appreciation and respect. The countless hours, unwavering commitment, and sheer determination showcased by everyone brought us to this momentous occasion.

As outgoing SK officials, we stand here today, bidding farewell to our roles but not without leaving a lasting impact on our community.
