This annual program, held during Linggo ng Kabataan, will choose a dedicated group of youths to take on the roles and responsibilites of a 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿, 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿, 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀, and 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 for a period of time. This experience will not just enhance the understanding of public service but will also develop leadership skills and promote civic engagements.

𝗔 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬

Today, a remarkable act of honesty unfolded as Earl Velasco, a proud Concepcionanon from Hacienda Librada, turned over a lost wallet containing ₱𝟯𝟭,𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵. The wallet belonged to Mr. Jose Alitao of Purok Bulak, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City.

Despite the substantial amount, Earl chose the path of integrity—proving that true values still live in the hearts of our people. This selfless act reflects the spirit of Concepcionanon pride, honesty, and dignity.
