I’ve been working toward this pairing for a couple of years, and it looks like the wait has finally paid off—I may have produced my very first Desert Ghost ball python! At first glance, one of the babies looks like a Pastel Desert Ghost, 50% het Clown, from a Double Het DG Clown × Pastel Het DG pairing.

Of course, the genetics aren’t locked in yet—will have to wait for these babies to shed before I can ID them again with more confidence. Really love the Desert Ghost gene, especially with Pastel, and I’m excited to see how they develop.

Out of nine eggs laid, only two babies have hatched so far, and I can’t wait to see what genetics the other babies will have—hoping for more Desert Ghost combos.

Just added a stunning Pastel Hurricane het Clown pos Red Stripe ball python to my collection! Huge shoutout to Tier One Exotics for their amazing service.
