This study highlights the importance of maintaining print collections in libraries despite the rapid growth of digital resources. The findings suggest that printed materials can enhance comprehension, information retention, and deeper engagement with texts. For libraries, this reinforces the need to provide a balanced mix of print and digital formats, support reading programs that encourage deep literacy skills, and make informed collection development decisions that align with diverse learning preferences and educational outcomes.
