As part of the celebration of Tagum City Hospital Week 2026, the Pickleball Tournament was held on August 27, 2026, at Pickle Forest Pickleball Court in Timog, bringing together healthcare workers from various healthcare institutions in Tagum City for a friendly yet competitive sporting event.

More than just a competition, the activity provided healthcare workers with an opportunity to promote physical wellness, strengthen teamwork and camaraderie, and enjoy a meaningful break while recognizing their dedication and commitment to serving the people of Tagum City. 💪❤️

The activity was successfully led by the City Tourism Council, in partnership by Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC) who is the tournament in charge and with the support and participation of various healthcare institutions in the city.

Dinhi, gipakita sa mga partisepante ang ilang energy ug coordination pinaagi sa sayaw ug ehersisyo, lakip na ang importansya sa pagpabiling aktibo ug himsog.

Honoring Our Heroes | National Heroes Day 2026

Today, August 31, we join the nation in commemorating "National Heroes Day", honoring the courage, sacrifices, and unwavering love for country of the heroes who fought for our freedom and helped shape the future of the Philippines.

Here in Tagum City, we are reminded that heroism lives on through the values they left behind—service, unity, compassion, and love for our fellow Filipinos. May their legacy continue to inspire us to serve with integrity, stand together as one community, and work toward a better and brighter future for all.

As we honor those who came before us, may we also recognize the everyday acts of heroism that strengthen our communities and bring people together.

May we carry their legacy forward and continue building a Tagum City united in harmony, service, and hope.

Gidala ang talagsaong durian taste ngadto sa cocktail drinks atol sa Cocktail Extreme Flair Factor Competition nga gipahigayon kagahapon, Agosto 29, 2026, sa Tagum City Trade and Exhibition Center, isip kabahin sa mga kalihokan sa Durian Festival 2026.

Gipakita sa mga partisipante ang ilang kahanas sa paghimo og cocktail drinks nga adunay durian, lakip ang hustong cocktail mixing ug maayong presentasyon sa ilang mga ilimnon.

Pinaagi niini, napakita nga ang "King of Fruits" angay usab nga gamiton sa paghimo og klase-klaseng ilimnon nga adunay unique durian flavor.

Gibida sa mga student baristas ang ilang kahanas ug pagkamamugnaon sa Coffee Brewing (Hot & Cold) Category sa Durian Culinary Olympics nga gipahigayon kagahapon, Agosto 29, sa Tagum City Trade and Exhibition Center sa Rotary Park.

Nagpakita sila og lain-laing pamaagi sa pag-brew ug unique nga timpla sa Durian Coffee, nga naghiusa sa distinct nga lasa sa durian ug sa pamilyar nga flavor sa kape. Pinaagi niini, napakita sa mga student baristas nga ang durian mahimong gamiton sa pagmugna og bag-o ug lamian nga coffee flavors.

Atangi karong gabii, Agosto 30, ang pag-anunsyo sa mga winners sa Durian Culinary Olympics sa Rotary Park!
