LOOK: PEMS Boy Clarito M Blancad, RESPO attended the 4th Coordinating Meeting re Retirement Honors for PMGEN ANTHONY A ABERIN, RD, NCRPO; Final Coordinating Conference and Walkthrough on the Tasks re Blessing and Inauguration of the New NCRPO Regional Headquarters Building on August 5, 2026 (Wednesday) 9:00 AM held at NCRPO, Conference Room Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan Taguig City.
The joint activity was presided over by PBGEN RODEL A PASTOR, Acting Deputy Regional Director for Operation (ADRDO), the meeting focused on the administrative and logistical preparations for the aforementioned activity. Likewise, the said activity was attended by the members of the Command Group, C, R-Staff (R1-R10), Chief, RHSU, and FC, RMFB, and Chiefs, RSUs to ensure a seamless, well-executed, and prestigious implementation of both historic events of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).

On July 17, 2026 at 9:00 onwards PEMS Boy Clarito M Blancad, RESPO, NCRPO initiated the Conduct of Free Haircut Service to Fourteen (14) PNCOs Personnel from Regional Headquarters and Regional Supports Units (RSUs) at the Office of the Regional Executive Senior Police Officer (ORESPO).
This activity aims to maintain proper grooming and professional appearance as part of LOI “TAMANG BIHIS” and likewise, to boost the morale and welfare of NCRPO personnel.

The RESPO, NCRPO, along with other personnel in attendance, stand in solidarity with the bereaved family to offer their deepest condolences and highest respects. The NCRPO honors the years of unblemished service, unwavering dedication to duty, and profound contributions of PEMS Tagudar to the Philippine National Police. LOOK: PEMS Boy Clarito M Blancad, RESPO attended the Birth Record Evaluation Committee (BREC) Meeting on July 9, 2026 (Thursday) 2:00 PM held at NUPAS Conference Room, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan Taguig City, presided over by PBGEN ARNOLD THOMAS C IBAY, Chairman of the Committee and the Acting Deputy Regional Director for Administration (ADRDA).
During the meeting, RESPO, NCRPO proposed a proactive policy regarding personnel data management. He emphasized that police applicants should ensure their birth records are thoroughly reviewed and corrected prior to entry into the service. Implementing this requirement at the recruitment stage will effectively prevent future administrative delays within the PNP organization.
Furthermore, he recommended that the committee directly summons the personnel concerned in cases involving existing record discrepancies. This aims to facilitate clear communication, verify facts efficiently , and accelerate the resolution of documentation issues.

Look: On July 8, 2026, (Wednesday), 11:45 AM, at NCRPO Mortuary, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City, the Office of the Regional Executive Senior Police Officer (ORESPO) headed by PEMS Boy Clarito M Blancad, RESPO, NCRPO together with Ms Shery Pecayo, PSMBFI representative handed over the Financial Assistance from RD, NCRPO and the initial PSMBFI Benefits to the bereaved family of the late PEMS Maynardo Tagudar.
The handover of this assistance reflects the shared responsibility of caring for one another in the PNP organization.

On July 2, 2026 (Thursday), 9:00 AM, at the Philippine National Police General Hospital (PNPGH), Camp Crame, Quezon City, PEMS Boy Clarito M Blancad, RESPO, NCRPO visited our personnel who were injured while performing their duties in maintaining peace and order during the rally in Quezon City on July 1, 2026 to check on their condition and reaffirm commitment to the welfare of every member of the police service.

Further, RESPO, NCRPO expressed his appreciation for the dedication, courage, and professionalism demonstrated by this personnel in carrying out their sworn duties and assured of the organization’s continuous support including the provision of necessary assistance and the facilitation of applicable benefits.

The visit aimed to reinforce the strong collaboration between the NCRPO’s non-commissioned officers and PSMBFI. During the meeting, the leaders discussed continuous support, and enhanced mutual benefit services dedicated to the welfare and morale of members in NCRPO.
