The Civil-Military Operations Regiment Recognizes Best-Performing Enlisted Personnel
The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR) formally recognized its best-performing enlisted personnel during a commendation activity held at Kaamulan Hall, Headquarters, CMOR, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, on January 26, 2026.
The activity was spearheaded by Lieutenant Colonel Jessie James B. Tuguic, Commander of the CMO Sustainment Battalion, underscoring CMOR’s continuing commitment to professionalism, excellence, and dedicated service among its enlisted ranks.
The ceremony was attended by key enlisted leaders, including Master Sergeant Jefferson Correa, Battalion Sergeant Major, and Senior Master Sergeant Gilbert Mamauag, Regiment Sergeant Major, who both expressed their support and appreciation for the outstanding performance of the awardees.

Private Leofrancis C. Villamor actively performed his duties as Career Adviser NCO, Placement NCO, and Training NCO, providing guidance to personnel, facilitating effective placement processes, and supporting training initiatives that strengthened unit readiness.
Best Performing Enlisted Personnel for the Month of November 2025
Private First Class Carlo Dan-J I. Cano demonstrated exceptional creativity and technical skill as a graphic artist for printing, producing high-quality visual materials that enhanced CMOR’s information and communication efforts.
Best Performing Enlisted Personnel for the Month of December 2025
Corporal Gerald Joe C. Gavina efficiently served as photographer and video editor, documenting CMOR activities and producing compelling visual content that supported public information and civil-military operations.
The awardees were recognized for their exemplary performance, professionalism, and dedication to duty, which significantly contributed to the accomplishment of CMOR’s mission and the effective delivery of civil-military operations.
