The initiative provided MARSLEC personnel with a hands-on historical perspective, featuring preserved artifacts and narratives of bravery that showcase the sacrifices of Filipino soldiers across generations. Beyond commemorating military history, the visit highlighted the shared duty between military and maritime services. Although the Philippine Army and the Philippine Coast Guard operate in distinct environments, both organizations remain anchored to the same core values: honor, integrity, and professionalism.

On July 18, 2026, the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), in coordination with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and other partner government agencies, including the Department of National Defense (DND), the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI), the Philippine Air Force (PAF), and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), implemented Search Warrants against incorporators, directors, and officers of Chuangxing Steel Incorporated, located in Purok 1, Nuvaling, Magalang, Pampanga, for alleged violations of Republic Act No. 12305, otherwise known as the Philippine National Nuclear Energy Safety Act.

The operation resulted in the rescue and accounting of 323 workers, comprising 283 Filipino employees and 40 Chinese nationals who were on duty during the implementation of the search warrants. The company is reported to have approximately 350 employees.

๐‹๐Ž๐Ž๐Š: In line with the 12th Founding Anniversary Commemorative Activities of the Maritime Security Law Enforcement Command (MARSLEC), the Coast Guard Chemical Biological Radiological & Nuclear Force (CGCBRNF) successfully conducted a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Awareness Lecture to enhance the knowledge and preparedness of MARSLEC personnel in addressing CBRN-related threats and emergencies. The activity aimed to strengthen participants' understanding of CBRN hazards and reinforce their capability to respond effectively to potential incidents in support of maritime security operations.
