Strengthening Communities Through Service and Compassion

As part of the celebration of its 17th Founding Anniversary, the Headquarters and Headquarters Service Battalion (HHSB), HHSG, PA successfully conducted an Outreach Program at the Brgy. Wawa Covered Court Multipurpose Building, Taguig City, in coordination with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) Taguig and with the support of partner financial institutions, namely AFPSLAI, AFPMBAI, PAFCPIC, AFPFC, CWSLAI, ACCC, and ACDI, who generously sponsored meal packs for the seventy-seven (77) residents of Bahay Pag-asa, home for Children in Conflict with Law.

The activity commenced with an opening prayer led by REV FR LTC ARTURO A LLASO CHS PA, followed by the welcome remarks of Ms. Nikki Rose, Head of CSWDO Taguig City. The beneficiaries then participated in a Spiritual Enrichment Activities facilitated by REV LTC LLASO and REV PFC Malilay, providing messages of faith, hope, and encouragement to the community.

A message from the Post Commander, BGEN ADOLFO B ESPUELAS JR PA, was delivered, emphasizing compassion, unity, and the importance of sustained community engagement through partnerships that uplift the lives of the people.

HON MARIA LAARNI "LANI" LOPEZ CAYETANO, Mayor of Taguig City was represented by Councilor Alvinleen "Ivie" P. Dizon, Chairman of Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality delivered a mesage of appreciation for the strong partnership between the local government, HHSB, and supporting organizations, and emphasized the importance of sustained collaboration in delivering meaningful services to the community.

LTC KEVIN S TIPAN AGS (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer of HHSB, also delivered her message highlighting the battalion’s continued commitment to service beyond military duties through meaningful outreach programs.

The activity concluded with a photo opportunity and fellowship lunch, where meal packs were distributed to the beneficiaries. The outreach program reflects HHSB’s enduring commitment to service, compassion, and strong community partnerships.

As HHSB marks its 17th Founding Anniversary, it remains steadfast in its mission of serving the people with excellence, dedication, and heart.

On-Ground Productivity: Tamaraw Battalion Environmental Maintenance Activities

The HHSB Tamaraw Battalion conducted productive activities focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly camp environment. Personnel carried out pruning of trees, chainsawing of old logs, garbage collection, relocation of GCP and hauling of tree branches and debris throughout designated areas.

These efforts support environmental stewardship, enhance camp safety, and contribute to the overall readiness and welfare of the Headquarters Philippine Army community. Through teamwork, dedication, and hard work, the Tamaraw Battalion continues to exemplify the spirit of service beyond military duties.

Working together today for a cleaner, safer, and better camp tomorrow.

The HHSB Tamaraw Battalion continues to demonstrate commitment, teamwork, and dedication through its daily productive activities in support of camp maintenance and operational readiness.

Personnel conducted daily garbage collection, pruning of trees and vegetation, hauling of tree branches and debris, welding and fabrication works, recovery and maintenance of tents, and preparation of venues and equipment for various activities and events.

These efforts contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more organized environment while ensuring facilities and resources remain ready to support the mission of the Headquarters Philippine Army and its community.

Every task accomplished reflects the battalion's unwavering spirit of service, discipline, and collective responsibility.

BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 | 01 June 2026

The Headquarters and Headquarters Service Battalion, HHSG, PA, proudly participated in Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Bagong Ilog Elementary School, Pasig City, under the supervision of LTC KEVIN S TIPAN AGS (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer, HHSB, HHSG, PA, in coordination with the faculty and staff of Bagong Ilog Elementary School, led by Mr. Manuel A Rosaldo, Principal IV, together with Hon Ferdinand A Avis, Brgy Captain of Bagong Ilog Pasig City, dedicated teachers, parents, and community volunteers, the activity showcased the spirit of unity and shared responsibility in preparing the school for the opening of classes.

Through collective efforts, participants carried out cleaning, organizing, and improvement activities aimed at creating a safe, conducive, and welcoming learning environment for the students. This meaningful collaboration reflects the commitment of the Tamaraw Battalion and the community in supporting quality education and fostering stronger partnerships for the benefit of the youth.

Rainy Days Productive Activities of HHSB Tamaraw Battalion

Tamaraw Battalion: Serbisyo at Disiplina, Para sa Lahat!

In support of cleanliness, safety, and environmental protection during the rainy season, the HHSB Tamaraw Battalion actively conducted community support and maintenance activities including cleaning and declogging of drainage systems, garbage collection and proper waste disposal, cleaning of canals and waterways, planting of plants to promote a greener environment, and carrying and installation of mohon (boundary markers).

These efforts aim to prevent flooding, maintain camp cleanliness, and strengthen environmental awareness and discipline among personnel.

The Tamaraw Battalion continues to uphold its commitment to service, readiness, and community support.
