Hello! This is your Kuya Nobita once again. I would just like to dump my thoughts here as this has been boggling my mind for almost a week now.

Have you ever wondered about the essence of "teamwork"? Yes, I'm talking about its importance, its value, its absolute worth.

You may see it in your groupings when you are about to present a report, a play, a document to be submitted, and all other things that requires the strength of more than just one person. (Hey, I'm not talking about cheating in exams, please do not try that kind of teamwork).

Teams are made because they're supposed to support each other.
Groups are made because they're supposed to sustain each other.
Alliances are made because they're supposed to uplift each other.

A group is supposed to showcase each member's potentials, their strengths, heck even their weaknesses!

Cherish each groupings. Participate if you can, and you must. Do not pass on the burden to just one person. You will carry the essence of teamwork as you progress so do not let it rot. (Research is waving) Use your potential, ignore if someone calls you a "bida-bida" (but do not also forget to appeal to the higher authorities), and I almost forgot the magic word — VOLUNTEER!

If you fail to participate in each groupings and teamworks, who do you think will the loss incur to? You're only wasting your time and dumping your talents into waste. Worse, you are slowly killing the person that supervises your "supposedly" groupwork just for the whole boat to stay afloat. Let us practice delicadeza once in a while.

Remember folks, do not just aspire to be the leader, be a better member and a listener as well as this is the foundation of being a good leader.

(STATEMENT)

Good day!

It has come to our attention that our partymate in the last elections, Karl Michael Jaum, who won "in default" by running unopposed for the position of Grade 12 Representative has resigned and has officially rescinded all of his duties and responsibilities within the Supreme Student Government (SSG).

We would like to wish our partymate a good luck in his future endeavors as a graduating student of our school and as a role model for his fellow classmates. His visions for his fellow Grade 12 students is undeniable and his resignation came as a shock for all of us. But nevertheless, we once again wish him well and thank him for his service to all of us — the Grade 12 students.

Meanwhile, it has also come to our attention that the replacement or proxy for the position of "Grade 12 Representative" will be handled by and turned over to the incumbent "Grade 11 Representative" due to the vacuum that was created as a result of the departure and resignation of the former Grade 12 Representative.

While we are in no doubt, confident, on the competence of the incumbent Grade 11 Representative to represent her fellow students in the Student Council, we are worried that the Grade 12 students will not have a voice, and they won't be properly represented in the Student Body as a result of the "proxy representative".

Furthermore, we would also like to express our doubts as this move might be considered as "unconstitutional" if we are to adopt the rules of the Supreme Student Government Constitution and By-Laws. The following articles and grounds in the Constitution that could be violated are as follows:

(1) Article V, Section 9 of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution states that, "Every student has the right to recall their SPG/SSG representatives."

-Recall is an effort of the constituents wherein they are formally withdrawing their support to their representative by replacing them through an election or any initiatives that could make a grade level representative accountable to their actions. With "proxy representation", the Grade 12 students will be deprived of their "right to recall" their representative since the current representative does not have a mandate to the grade level that it claims to represent (de facto), but does have a mandate to another grade level that it truthfully represents (de jure).

(2) Article VIII, Section 9 of the Qualifications and Duties of the SSG Officers, specifically the Grade Level Representatives states that the Grade Level Representatives should represent "his/her" grade level in all the meetings, present the grievances of "their" grade level, and conceptualize and implement programs for "their" grade level.

-It is explicitly stated, putting an emphasis to "his/her" and "their" that only a person from a particular Grade Level can serve as its Grade Level Representative, and it should not come from another Grade Levels.

(3) Article XIX or the Impeachment, Resignation, and Vacancies does emphasize that the President can appoint a "qualified person" to fill the vacancy, we humbly pray, seek, and request for the following remedies in order for us to still be properly represented:

a. A special elections to fulfill the vacancy in the position;

b. A proper dialogue and consultation from among the Grade 12 Class Presidents to talk about who could be the best fitting to serve the remaining unexpired term; and

c. Make the position of the Grade 12 Representative exclusive only for the Grade 12 students, and appoint someone and anyone from Grade 12 who is willing to take the challenge and responsibilities.

We humbly ask the administration to atleast consult with the Grade 12 Class Presidents on this matter as this involves our representative that should always uphold our ideals, values, and aspirations as a Grade 12 student.

STATEMENT

"The SANAOL Party does not condone bullying and harassment, and we value the privacy of everyone."

We share the voice of our school's Supreme Student Government (SSG) in condemning groups and pages that utilize the school's identity, which includes the name and the official school seal, and in protecting the privacy of our dear fellow students.

Yesterday, the members of the SANAOL Party decided to temporarily deactivate this page while we were drafting a statement as a preventive measure in accordance with the statement made by the student body.

For everyone's sake, we would like to inform everyone that we only use websites or applications that ensure that the student's privacy will be safeguarded and won't be compromised. This page is only an end-user as we do not know who are the students behind every confession that they decide to share.

Furthermore, confessions that we receive undergo strict skimming and scrutiny before being published on our page in order to ensure that the confessions that will be posted are safe, do not condone or promote bullying or any form of harassment, do not engage in unlawful and dangerous acts or thoughts, and are in accordance with the existing rules.

We have revolutionized the use of this page as we would like to have, and we envision, a safe space where the students can echo and amplify their thoughts and feelings safely. Rest assured that we will not hesitate to report any forms of bullying or harassment in the proper authorities. We are one with the student body on this matter.

Well first and foremost, hindi naman namin alam yung full story...
Pero if we will base this sa point of view mo oo, tama naman yung ginawa mo kase if you feel na nata take for granted lang naman lahat ng efforts mo for them, maybe d talaga nila deserve yung efforts na yun.

D ren naman kase talaga madaling maging Class Officer, mas lalo na ang pagiging Class President. You have your own burden na ei tapos mada-dagdagan pa.

Anyway yun lang...
