Paseo de Lipa’s model homes and East Entry Plaza in Lipa City, Batangas—marking a key milestone in Citihomes Builder and Development Inc. (CBDI)’s drive to make sustainable communities more attainable for Filipino families.
In a media briefing, CBDI Executive Vice President John Philip Wang stressed on Ecossentials, the company’s practical and cost-efficient sustainability framework built into every home. “Green living doesn’t have to be expensive,” Wang said. “If a small developer like us can offer these Ecossentials, then it proves that sustainability can be accessible for homeowners. Why not make this the standard for all developments?”
By integrating solar panels, rainwater harvesting, waste systems, and passive design, CBDI is positioning Paseo de Lipa as a forward-looking model for responsible suburban development—where comfort, cost-efficiency, and ecological design come together.
