𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 | 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐃 2026 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

The 𝙉𝙀𝙈𝙎𝙐 - 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 has successfully facilitated the PANUKAD 2026 and ASEAN Celebration Parade. The ROTC Officers led the presentation of Colors, Band & Lyre Corps, and Parade Assistance with discipline and unity.

Afterwards, is the NSTP Orientation conducted by 𝙍𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙇 𝙊𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙯𝙖, MACE— NSTP Coordinator, followed by 𝙎𝙜𝙩 𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙤 𝙋 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙗𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨), and words of encouragement by 𝙅𝙚𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙉𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝘾 𝘼𝙡𝙤𝙟𝙖𝙙𝙤— ROTC Coordinator.

The ROTC Unit will continue to serve, inspire, and encourage the cadets to join the ROTC program— discovering their leadership, shaping character, and improve discipline in serving the nation.

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 | 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒' 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑

The 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 was successfully held at the Headquarters, 15th Regional Community Defense Group (15RCDG), RESCOM, PA on 01 August 2026.

The activity was honored by 𝘽𝙂𝙀𝙉 𝘽𝙀𝙉𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙄𝙉 𝙇. 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍 𝙋𝘼, Commander, 401st Infantry (Unite ’n Fight) Brigade, PA, who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS), together with 𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙅𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙉 𝙋. 𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙉𝘼, 𝙄𝙉𝙁 (𝙂𝙎𝘾) 𝙋𝘼, Group Commander, 15RCDG, RESCOM, PA— emphasized the significance of Character, Academics, Military Competence, and Physical (CAMP) in preparing themselves as future leaders for the nation.

The North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) - Tagbina Campus proudly joined the Seminar represented by 𝘾𝘿𝙏 𝙇𝙏𝘾 𝙂𝙔𝙕𝙀𝙍 𝙈𝘼𝙀 𝙌 𝘽𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙂𝙃𝙄𝙂 1𝘾𝙇 under the supervision of our ROTC Commandant 𝙈𝙖𝙟 𝙍𝙊𝙀𝙇 𝙅 𝘾𝘼𝙈𝘽𝘼 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙀𝙎) affirming the university’s mission to produce leaders who lead with competence, discipline, and service.

The 𝙉𝙀𝙈𝙎𝙐-𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 extends its highest appreciation and profound gratitude to the Philippine Army, the Reserve Command (RESCOM), Philippine Army, 𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙅𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙉 𝙋 𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙉𝘼 𝙄𝙉𝙁 (𝙂𝙎𝘾) 𝙋𝘼, Group Commander, 𝙇𝙏𝘾 𝙉𝙊𝙀𝙇 𝘼 𝙁𝙍𝙄𝘼𝙎 (𝙊𝙎) 𝙋𝘼, CDC Director, and 𝙈𝘼𝙅 𝙍𝙊𝙀𝙇 𝙅 𝘾𝘼𝙈𝘽𝘼 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙀𝙎), Commandant, for their steadfast leadership and unwavering support in the release of the Subsistence Allowance (SA) for our Advance ROTC Officers.

‎𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | As the ROTC classes have recently concluded, the leaders and officers of the North Eastern Mindanao State University-Tagbina Campus ROTC Unit take a moment to look back and express their appreciation to the Unit's officers, and most especially to the Campus Director, NSTP Coordinator, ROTC Coordinator and the Unit's Tactical NCO, for their guidance, dedication, and unwavering support throughout the training period.

‎These portraits serve as a reflection of the discipline, commitment, and sense of duty developed throughout the ROTC journey. Behind every uniform is a cadet who has embraced the challenges of training and the responsibilities of leadership and service.

‎Under the leadership of MAJ ROEL J CAMBA PA (RES), the unit has continued to uphold the values of discipline, patriotism, and excellence.
