SIKATUNA, Bohol โ March 25, 2026 โ The Bohol Provincial Tourism Office (BPTO) conducted an on-site assessment of tourism establishments in the Municipality of Sikatuna as part of its ongoing initiative to maintain and enhance the quality of visitor experiences across the province.
The activity covered selected tourist sites and accommodation facilities, focusing on operational readiness, service delivery, and adherence to established tourism standards. The evaluation aims to support local stakeholders in sustaining a reliable and visitor-friendly environment while aligning with the provinceโs broader tourism development goals.
During the visit, the BPTO team was received by Municipal Mayor Justiniana L. Ellorimo, reaffirming the local governmentโs support for strengthening tourism efforts in Sikatuna. The team also worked closely with Municipal Tourism Officer Designate Rofelieta L. Odal, along with her staff, Rhea Regine Manlangit - Ellorimo, whose coordination contributed to the smooth conduct of the activity.
This initiative highlights the continued collaboration between the provincial government and local municipalities in promoting responsible, well-managed, and sustainable tourism across Bohol.
