𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 | PSA Bohol remains committed to strengthening the implementation of the National ID System by delivering accessible, efficient, and people-centered services throughout the province.

Throughout the month of 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Philippine Statistics Authority – Bohol successfully carried out various National ID services, including:
✅ National ID Registration;
✅ Updating/Correction of Demographic Information;
✅ Issuance of National ID in Paper Format;
✅ Transaction Reference Number (TRN) Retrieval; and
✅ Assistance in Accessing the Digital National ID

These initiatives highlight PSA Bohol’s continuing efforts to ensure that every Boholano can conveniently access reliable National ID services.

We encourage all unregistered residents to register for the National ID by visiting our Fixed Registration Center, located on the 2nd Floor, Galleria Luisa Building, Gallares Street, Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, or by availing of our mobile registration services when they are conducted in their respective communities.

A Gentle Reminder from PSA!

Your 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐃 is valid and can be presented directly from the 𝐞𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐏𝐇 𝐚𝐩𝐩. However, printing it on PVC or plastic cards is 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 and such printed copies will not be accepted as valid proof of identity.

Only the PSA is authorized to print and issue the National ID. Any individual or group found guilty of unauthorized printing, preparation, or issuance of a National ID can be penalized with imprisonment of 3 to 6 years and a fine of PhP 1,000,000 to PhP 3,000,000 as provided under Republic Act No. 11055 or the Philippine Identification System Act.

The PSA strongly encourages the public to access their Digital National ID via the eGovPH mobile app.

Thousands of Boholanos receiving assistance under the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) Assistance Package also gained easier access to essential National ID services as the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Bohol Provincial Statistical Office brought its frontline services directly to payout venues across the province. Through the co-location initiative, beneficiaries were able to complete their National ID transactions in the same venue where they received their financial assistance, making government services more accessible, efficient, and convenient.

The National ID Team provided a comprehensive range of frontline services, including National ID registration, issuance of the National ID in paper format, Transaction Reference Number (TRN) retrieval, and assistance in generating the Digital National ID. By integrating these services into the UPLIFT payout schedules, PSA Bohol enabled beneficiaries to complete essential National ID transactions without the need to visit registration centers, reducing travel time and expenses while ensuring that more Filipinos can fully benefit from the National ID system.

Employment opportunities and accessible government services came together as the Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bohol Employment and Placement Office–Public Employment Service Office (BEPO-PESO), conducted the Sandugo sa Bohol Local and Overseas Job Fair on 04 July 2026, at the Bohol Cultural Center, CPG Avenue, Tagbilaran City. The event served as a one-stop venue where jobseekers explored career opportunities while conveniently availing themselves of essential government services, including National ID registration and issuance.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Bohol Provincial Statistical Office continues to strengthen the country's digital transformation efforts as it engaged with Bohol Island State University (BISU) in a high-level meeting on 29 June 2026 at the BISU Bingag Extension. The meeting introduced the National ID Authentication Services (NIDAS), a secure identity verification solution designed to help institutions deliver faster, safer, and more efficient services. The presentation was led by Registration Officer II Gembert P. De la Peña, with the participation of Chief Statistical Specialist Jessamyn Anne C. Alcazaren, Supervising Statistical Specialist Blecila M. Paredes, and Information Systems Analyst I Raymund D. Suan. Representing BISU were University President Dr. Anthony M. Penaso, PhD, and University Director for Management Information System Phillip Glenn A. Libay.

From 𝟎𝟏 𝐭𝐨 𝟑𝟎 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Mobile National ID Operations were conducted across the municipalities of 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧, 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐞, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧, 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧, 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨, 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐢𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐣𝐨𝐜, 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐨, 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫, 𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐧, and 𝐔𝐛𝐚𝐲, bringing National ID services closer to communities throughout Bohol.

These activities served 𝐮𝐧𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 Boholanos, including DSWD 4Ps beneficiaries, children aged 0–4 years old, senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and others.
