On 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐮 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐭𝐚𝐲 conducted a 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝-𝐔𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – Tagaytay City Jail, participated in by BJMP personnel and On-the-Job Trainee.

The training aimed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and preparedness of participants in rope handling techniques essential for rescue operations and emergency response. It provided hands-on experience and practical learning to ensure efficiency, coordination, and safety during actual operations.

The activity was hosted by 𝐅𝐎𝟏 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐭 𝐄 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢, 𝐅𝐎𝟏 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐊𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐎𝟏 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥, whose expertise and guidance contributed to the success of the training.

This initiative highlights the importance of continuous learning and inter-agency collaboration in strengthening the capability of personnel in responding to various emergency situations, ensuring a safer and more prepared community.

The activity served as an avenue to promote career opportunities within the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, particularly encouraging aspiring applicants to join the organization. It also provided information on the qualifications, recruitment process, and the vital role of BJMP in public safety and rehabilitation.

Through this initiative, BJMP continues to strengthen its partnership with academic institutions while inspiring students and job seekers to pursue a meaningful career in public service.
