May his legacy remind us of the value of serving our country with sincerity, courage, and dedication:

The Philippine Air Force Civilian Human Resource School recently visited the DAP Conference Center for an informational tour. Facilities, Marketing and Sales Office Head Ms. Liberty P. Angcaya presented on the programs, history, and facilities of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).

𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗜 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬, 𝟯𝟬 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) participated in the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines (𝗦𝗘𝗖) 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, showcasing its wide range of leadership, governance, and capability development programs in support of a more competent, empowered, and future-ready public sector workforce.

Anchored on the theme "𝙍𝙤𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚: 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩," the caravan brought together more than 𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 for a day of learning, professional development, and access to services that promote career growth and employee well-being.

Through its exhibit booth, DAP introduced participants to its flagship training programs, executive education courses, and specialized learning interventions designed to strengthen leadership, innovation, productivity, and good governance across the public sector. The Academy also promoted the DAP Conference Center - Tagaytay, highlighting its facilities and services for conferences, capability-building programs, strategic planning sessions, and other organizational events.

The caravan featured a diverse lineup of government agencies, international organizations, academic institutions, and private sector partners, providing SEC employees with opportunities to explore scholarship programs, government services, professional development pathways, and financial wellness initiatives. Participating organizations included the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Social Security System (SSS), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Pag-IBIG Fund, GSIS, GCash, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Fulbright Philippines, Australia Awards Scholarships, JICE JDS Philippines, Chevening Scholarships, De La Salle University (DLSU), TikTok Philippines, Rex Book Store, Security Bank, Bank of Commerce, HSBC, Land Bank of the Philippines, and Sun Life Philippines.

Participants also attended informative learning sessions on educational savings and insurance, digital safety, financial wellness, and career development, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning in building a resilient and high-performing workforce.

DAP's participation in the SEC Employee Services Caravan underscores its commitment to advancing public sector excellence by making high-quality learning and development opportunities more accessible to government institutions. Through strategic partnerships and innovative capability-building programs, the Academy continues to equip public servants with the competencies needed to deliver responsive, effective, and citizen-centered governance.

𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀: The Unveiling of the DAP Letters at DAPCC Tagaytay

Officers and staff of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) gathered at the DAP Conference Center for the official unveiling of the iconic DAP Letters on 20 July 2026, Monday.

Since 1973, the DAPCC has served as an avenue where leadership, learning, and nation-building converge, reaffirming the institution’s steadfast dedication to developing ethical, capable, principled, and future-ready public servants.

In his keynote address, Acting President and CEO Dr. Leocadio S. Sebastian, CESO I, honored the success of the 3R Project (Repair, Rehabilitation, and Restoration) from 2009 to 2014, and formally presented the 2026 Conceptual Master Development Plan for the conference center. Central to this roadmap is the construction of the New Training Building to complement existing facilities. Anchored in infrastructure modernization, heritage conservation, environmental sustainability, and future-ready learning spaces, this long-term vision ensures that the DAPCC remains a world-class hub for public sector innovation and leadership.

Beyond constructing new facilities, the center enters a dynamic new era. The DAP reinforces its core purpose to equip government stewards to drive meaningful, lasting progress across the nation.
