The air quality monitoring data gathered on May 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM from the Tagaytay Station located at SM Skyranch in Tagaytay City and the San Nicolas Station at the Municipal Hall in San Nicolas indicate that both areas experienced excellent air quality conditions. In Tagaytay, the recorded AQI values were 2 for PM10, 2 for PM2.5, and 10 for sulfur dioxide (SO₂), while San Nicolas recorded slightly lower particulate matter levels with AQI values of 1 for both PM10 and PM2.5, and a slightly higher SO₂ value of 15. These values are all within the “Good” air quality category, showing that concentrations of airborne particles and sulfur dioxide were very low and unlikely to cause adverse health effects. Overall, the data suggest that the air in both locations was clean, safe, and favorable for outdoor activities for the public, including sensitive groups such as children, the elderly, and individuals with respiratory conditions.
