In celebration of the 50th Founding Anniversary of the Parole and Probation Administration (PPA), the Tagaytay City Parole and Probation Office, in coordination with the City Government of Tagaytay, successfully conducted a Clean-Up Drive on July 8, 2026 at the Mahogany Market and Tagaytay City Market.

Despite the heavy rains, more than 350 probationers, parolees, and clients actively participated in the activity, demonstrating resilience, discipline, and a strong sense of civic responsibility. Their unwavering commitment to community service reflects the core mission of the Parole and Probation Administration—to foster rehabilitation, accountability, and positive transformation.

This collaborative initiative highlights the power of partnership in creating a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable community while reinforcing the values of volunteerism, environmental stewardship, and restorative justice.

Together, we celebrate 50 years of transforming lives, strengthening communities, and inspiring hope through dedicated public service.

Another successful event, another milestone achieved together as one family. ✨

The Tagaytay City Parole and Probation Office successfully conducted the whole-day LEAP Module 2, 3, and 4 Seminar through teamwork, dedication, and the collaborative efforts of our partner schools and hardworking OJTs from Olivarez College Tagaytay, Cavite State University, PhilTech, GMA, and De La Salle University–Dasmariñas. 🤝📚

Our heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Randy Salamat of Alfonso, Cavite for the generous support through the provision of venue chairs, LED wall, and AM snacks. 💙

Special thanks as well to Governor Abeng Remulla of Cavite for the 300 packed lunches provided for all participants. 🍱✨

The Tagaytay City Parole and Probation Office proudly presents its first enrollees under the LEAP (Livelihood and Education Access Program) in partnership with Olivarez College Tagaytay and TESDA.

On May 6, 2026, Three (3) clients were OFFICIALLY ENROLLED in the TESDA Caregiving Course, a 90-day vocational training program conducted from Monday to Saturday, designed to provide essential caregiving knowledge, practical skills, and livelihood opportunities that will help them rebuild their lives and prepare for a brighter future.

The enrolled participants were granted a full TESDA scholarship, including a daily training allowance throughout the duration of the course, further supporting their educational journey and personal development.

This partnership among the Tagaytay City Parole and Probation Office, the LEAP Program, Olivarez College Tagaytay, and TESDA reflects a shared commitment to rehabilitation, empowerment, and second chances through education and skills development.
