The Tagaytay City Parole and Probation Office proudly presents its first enrollees under the LEAP (Livelihood and Education Access Program) in partnership with Olivarez College Tagaytay and TESDA.
On May 6, 2026, Three (3) clients were OFFICIALLY ENROLLED in the TESDA Caregiving Course, a 90-day vocational training program conducted from Monday to Saturday, designed to provide essential caregiving knowledge, practical skills, and livelihood opportunities that will help them rebuild their lives and prepare for a brighter future.
The enrolled participants were granted a full TESDA scholarship, including a daily training allowance throughout the duration of the course, further supporting their educational journey and personal development.
This partnership among the Tagaytay City Parole and Probation Office, the LEAP Program, Olivarez College Tagaytay, and TESDA reflects a shared commitment to rehabilitation, empowerment, and second chances through education and skills development.
