The OCT–Learning Resource Center actively participated in the Tagaytay–Cavite Librarians and Libraries Personnel Consortium (TCLC) activities at NU–Dasmariñas on December 11, 2025, which included a benchmarking tour highlighting best practices in library services, the Consortium’s first Outreach–Thanksgiving Program, and discussions on resource sharing. These activities aim to enhance professional competencies through benchmarking, strengthen a culture of service through outreach, celebrate the milestones of TCLC for 2025, and finalize plans and commitments through the 3rd Board Meeting.

Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful community of Barangay San Jose for welcoming us with open hearts during the Book & Toy Donation Drive 2025. This meaningful activity would not have been possible without the dedication and generosity of our collaborators — 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝘆𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗷𝗮𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁y 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣, 𝗦𝗦𝗚, 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 (𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹) and the dedicated 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳, whose efforts and commitment made this initiative possible.

As we embrace the spirit of December, we are reminded that Christmas is not just about gifts, but about sharing love, hope, and kindness. May this season inspire us all to continue giving, serving, and spreading joy to one another.

Together, we made this season brighter, because the true essence of Christmas is found in giving from the heart.

True to this year’s theme, we celebrated a day filled with learning, imagination, and the joy of reading! Our National Book Week event was truly enjoyable and successful, from the engaging activities to the enthusiastic participation of our students and staff.

A huge thank you to the Book Lovers Club for being our dedicated collaborators. Your passion for reading made this event even more meaningful.

We also extend our appreciation to the SHS Department and College Department for their support and cooperation throughout the celebration.

And a special thanks to C&E for the thoughtful token you provided, your generosity added a wonderful touch to our celebration.

What an unforgettable day of stories, creativity, and inspiration.
