QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Eligibility
-Must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Upper Libas, Tagana-an, Surigao del Norte.
-Must belong to one of the following categories:
•College Graduates: Graduated during Academic Year 2025–2026.
•College Students: Currently enrolled for Academic Year 2026–2027.

2. Documentary Requirements
For College Students:
•Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) for A.Y. 2026–2027
•Photocopy of Valid School ID (front and back)

For College Graduates:
•Photocopy of Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR)
•Soft copy of Graduation Photo (to be sent via the official SK page)

3. Submission Details
Where to submit: Upper Libas Barangay Hall
Deadline of Submission: August 20, 2026
Note: Incomplete requirements will not be processed.

We are proud to celebrate our Upper Libas esports team for securing the 1st Runner-Up title at the recently concluded Mayor Cesar Ian Diaz Inter-barangay Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Tournament!

Our players, who are proud residents of Upper Libas, truly dominated the municipal stage. From the early stages to the final showdown, they showcased exceptional teamwork, strategy, and pure talent. While we narrowly missed the championship title against a tough opponent Barangay Opong, their performance was nothing short of inspiring.

This journey was made possible with the undying support of our SK Chairperson, Hon. Jewela Cazzandra P. Antallan, and our Barangay Officials, led by Hon. Roberto D. Ajoc, who have consistently championed the potential of our youth.

Thank you for representing our Barangay. You have proven that the youth of Upper Libas are a force to be reckoned with!
