Earlier today, a solemn and joyous wedding solemnization was held, marking the union of Warden Rubang Valdez(of Tue, Tadian) and Mhidy Guidangen Ferrer(of Poblacion, Tadian) in the sanctity of marriage. The heartfelt occasion was officiated by Hon. Constito S. Masweng, who guided the couples as they exchanged vows signifying their love, commitment, and shared journey ahead.

As part of the Senior Citizen (SC) Week Celebration mandated by RA 9994, otherwise known as the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, ๐“ข๐“’ ๐“๐“ท๐“ฝ๐“ธ๐“ท๐“ฒ๐“ช ๐“ฃ. ๐“ฆ๐“ช๐“น๐“ช๐“ท takes over as Acting Mayor of Tadian, Mountain Province under the Senior Citizen Officer For A Day (SCOFAD) Program.
At present, Ma'am Antonia is the Assistant Secretary of the Senior Citizens Association of Lubon, Tadian.

The SCOFAD Program is a way of recognizing and rewarding the valuable contributions of our senior citizens in nation-building.

LGU TADIAN RANKS 2ND MOST RESILIENT MUNICIPALITY IN CMCI REGIONAL
The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tadian was recognized as the 2nd Most Resilient Municipality in the Cordillera Region under the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) Program of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
DTI โ€“ Mountain Province Provincial Director Mabel Banggawan personally handed over the plaque of recognition to Honorable Mayor Constito S. Masweng on February 17, 2025. She was accompanied by CMCI Provincial Focal Abrella M. Dangla and Negosyo Center Tadian Business Counselor Kate Agpad.
Also present at the awarding ceremony were, Vice Mayor George C. Bisen, Jr., CMCI Municipal Focal Clariz P. Lupe, Members of the Sangguniang Bayan and Municipal SK President.
This recognition highlights LGU Tadianโ€™s commitment to resilience, adaptability, and sustainable development.

Representatives from the National Housing Authority Region 1 and CAR-1 Office in the persons of Ms. BRENDA P. CAYETANO, Chief Corporate Accountant, and Ms. BERLIE T. HUMIWAT, together with Vice Mayor GEORGE C. BISEN, JR., Officer-in-Charge of the Municipal Government of Tadian, awarded cash assistance amounting to twenty thousand pesos to Mr. KLESTER P. TICBAEN, representing his mother, Jane, whose house was totally destroyed by fire sometime last year.

The Tadian Municipal Police Station (TMPS) is the recipient of one unit police mobile vehicle from the Philippine National Police. The unit was turned over by PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR.,PRO-COR Regional Director, through PCOL REGUEL B SANTA MARIA, Chief, Regional Logistics and Research and Development Division to Mayor Constito S. Masweng and TMPS Acting Chief-of-Police PCPT Dexter D Ramirez.

This turnover of said vehicle was made possible through the joint efforts of the Municipal Government of Tadian, under the leadership of Mayor Masweng, and the Tadian MPS.
