TSAT Garners Multiple Honors at MPSDO-CARES Year-End Awards
BONTOC, Mountain Province – The Tadian School of Arts and Trades (TSAT) capped off the year with a string of honors at the 2025 MPSDO-CARES Year-End Awarding Ceremony, held at the Mayaen Sports Complex, highlighting the institution’s excellence in governance, environmental stewardship, teaching, and student leadership.
TSAT was recognized as the 2nd Best Maka-Tao Implementer for its outstanding programs that prioritize community welfare and human dignity, and the 3rd Best Maka-Kalikasan Implementer for its initiatives promoting environmental protection and sustainability.
In the individual categories, TSAT’s Master Teacher, Marilou F. Angadol, earned top honors as the Most Outstanding Master Teacher (Secondary Level) in the entire Mountain Province division, and placed 2nd in the Regional GAWAD Cordillera, underscoring her commitment to innovative teaching and mentorship.
Fellow educator, Elvie M. Sapongot, was also recognized for her contributions to the Project RISE training team and for being a scholar of the Philippine Normal University under the Linking Standards and Quality Practice scholarship program, which supports the professional development of educators in aligning teaching practices with national standards.
Also, Tresce G. Pidaoc, claimed 2nd place for the Most Outstanding Supreme Secondary Learner's Government (SSLG) Officer.
As the MPSDO-CARES ceremony drew to a close, TSAT ended the day with hearts full of deep gratitude for the support of their community and immense pride in every achievement, from institutional honors to individual and student wins that reflect the school’s unwavering commitment to serving DepEd Mountain Province.
