Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay New Passi, Tacurong City Accomplishment Report 2025
The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay New Passi is proud to share our accomplishments this year! We've focused on building a stronger, more sustainable community through various initiatives. Our "Limpyo Kalog" campaign, promoting cleanliness, ran alongside "Pulot Supot," our successful program to reduce plastic waste through community cleanups. We also invested in our environment's future with a community tree planting program, planting 100 native seedlings. These efforts demonstrate our commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being.
Empowering our youth is at the heart of everything we do. This year saw the successful convening of our first-semester Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly, where youth leaders came together to discuss vital community issues and plan future projects. We also fostered a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie through our Summer League 2024, featuring basketball and volleyball, and our inter-purok volleyball tournament. Our annual Linggo ng Kabataan celebrations, both at the barangay and city levels, provided a platform for our youth to showcase their talents and creativity, culminating in a strong showing at the city-level competition.
We're incredibly proud of the progress we've made this year, thanks to the dedication and hard work of our youth leaders and the entire community. From environmental protection to youth empowerment and community engagement, our initiatives reflect our commitment to building a brighter future for Barangay New Passi. We're excited to continue these programs and develop new ones to further enhance our community and empower our youth.
