NOTICE TO ALL STA. BARBARA SUBDIVISION BENEFICIARIES/MEMBERS
Board Resolution No. 002-2025 dated August 9, 2025 -A Resolution Updating the Final Master List of Sta. Barbara Beneficiaries
The Sta. Barbara Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc. hereby informs all beneficiaries of the official adoption of Board Resolution No. 002-2025, following the directive of the National Housing Authority (NHA) during the meeting held on April 1, 2025. This resolution addresses updates to the Final Master List of Beneficiaries to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with NHA guidelines.
Salient Provisions of the Resolution:
1️⃣ Replacement of Units – Beneficiaries who have already been awarded housing under the “Pabahay” program will be considered as having received a replacement for their Sta. Barbara home lot allocation.
2️⃣ Zone Classification – As declared by the Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (DRRMO) of Tacloban City:
• 50% of the subdivision is classified as No-Build Zone.
• The remaining 50% is designated as Danger Zone, to be converted into Build Zone.
3️⃣ Documentary Requirements – Beneficiaries updating their records must submit:
• Death certificate (for deceased original beneficiaries)
• Proof of blood relationship (birth certificate or marriage contract)
• Waiver (if requesting a change of beneficiary)
4️⃣ Inactive Beneficiaries – Members who fail to attend scheduled meetings, settle monthly dues, survey fees, or operational expenses, and who do not comply within the prescribed deadline will be placed on the waitlist for “Pabahay” housing.
5️⃣ Notice of Meetings – Official announcements have been disseminated via radio, messenger group chat, page, and in-person meetings every Saturday at 1:00 PM since the second week of April 2025 up to present.
6️⃣ Finalization of Master List – Beneficiaries who fail to attend the scheduled meetings by August 9, 2025 will be replaced with eligible beneficiaries from the No-Build Zone.
7️⃣ Lot Survey Option – Interested beneficiaries may engage a geodetic engineer for an individual lot survey at a cost of ₱9,000.00 to determine the exact lot location and buildable zone. Deadline for payment: August 30, 2025.
This resolution ensures that the allocation of housing units is just, transparent, and in accordance with established guidelines.
