Meanwhile, TCMFC arrested one (1) wanted person for violation of Sections 5&11, Art. II of RA 9165. In addtion, CIU also conducted an anti-illegal gambling operation against โ€œSuertresโ€ in violation of R.A. 9287, resulting in the arrest of one (1) individual.

Complementing these enforcement efforts, TCPO sustained its Safer Cities Initiative, recording 104 ordinance-related interventions consisting of 24 traffic ordinance violations, 13 drinking-in-public violations, 54 curfew violations, 11 half-naked-in-public violations, and two late-night videoke violations. Joint AFP/PNP Law Enforcement Checkpoints were likewise conducted at strategic areas, TCPO also carried out regular inspections of police posts, beats, and checkpoints to ensure personnel remained visible, alert, and ready to respond. These sustained efforts demonstrate TCPOโ€™s commitment to making police service SEEN through police visibility, APPRECIATED through professional and responsive service, FELT through safer communities, and EXTRAORDINARY through dedication beyond routine policing.

PCOL MARBEN M ORDONIA, Acting City Director of, emphasized that every accomplishment must ultimately translate into a safer and more orderly community. โ€œGuided by our MMO framework and the S.A.F.E. principle, we will continue to provide police service that is visible, responsive, and extraordinaryโ€”service that the people of Tacloban can trust,โ€ PCOL ORDONIA said.
