In celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board - Region VIII (RTWPB VIII) proudly participated in the DOLE VIII Trabaho Agad Job Fair held at Robinsons North, Tacloban City.
A highlight of the event was the ceremonial release of Phase 2 DOLE Adjustment Measures Program (DOLE-AMP) grant assistance to RTWPB VIII beneficiaries in support of the continued implementation of their approved productivity enhancement project proposals:

The grant assistance was formally awarded under the leadership of RD Atty. Dax B. Villaruel, DOLE VIII Regional Director and RTWPB VIII Chairman, reaffirming the Department's commitment to helping enterprises enhance productivity, strengthen business resilience, and sustain growth through innovation and continuous improvement.
The Phase 2 assistance reinforces the commitment of DOLE and RTWPB VIII to help enterprises sustain productivity gains, strengthen business resilience, adopt innovative practices, and improve operational efficiency. Through these interventions, beneficiary organizations are better equipped to create quality employment opportunities, enhance competitiveness, and contribute to local economic development.
