Together with selected TCJFD personnel, the activity served as a meaningful reminder of the sacrifices and heroism of our national heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today. Their unwavering courage and patriotism continue to inspire us to uphold our responsibilities as public servants and contribute to nation-building.

The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and preparedness of jail personnel in administering proper first aid during emergencies. Through hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises, participants learned the correct techniques in bandaging and splinting to effectively manage injuries, prevent further harm, and ensure the safety and well-being of persons under their care.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Regional Office - VIII warmly invites all Farmers and Fisherfolk Cooperatives and Enterprises (FFCEs) across Eastern Visayas Region to participate in our procurement initiative for food ingredients and other essential supplies intended for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).
