On March 28, 2025 (Saturday), the Barangay 88 Council and workers came together for Barangay Kalinisan Day (BARKADA), a testament to our community’s commitment to cleanliness and environmental protection.

The event showcased the active participation of the Barangay Council, SK Officials, Barangay Tanods, Barangay Service Point Officers (BSPOs), Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS), Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), and Barangay Aides.

Equipped with brooms and sacks, the volunteers worked together to clean public spaces, daycare center, and health center to remove waste and ensure a healthier environment for everyone.

This initiative not only promoted cleanliness but also strengthened our sense of responsibility toward maintaining a sustainable barangay.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in this activity. Your dedication and hard work embody the spirit of Bayanihan. 🍀

The Barangay 88 council and barangay workers gathered at dawn for the "Women’s Walk" in celebration of the 2025 National Women’s Month. The theme for this year is “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.” Government employees, uniformed personnel, and barangay officials walked together from Real Street to the Tacloban City Convention Center.

National Women’s Month aims to foster a society where all women have equal rights, power, and opportunities.
