1. Performs plumbing installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office water systems, pipelines, faucets, valves, toilets, sinks, drainage systems, and related fixtures within the office premises and facilities.
2. Conducts regular inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure efficient water supply, proper sanitation, and prevention of leaks, clogging, and other plumbing-related issues.
3. Installs, replaces, and repairs damaged pipes, fittings, fixtures, and other plumbing components using appropriate tools and equipment.
4. Responds promptly to plumbing emergencies and other facility-related concerns t minimize disruption of office operations and prevent property damage.
5. Assists in monitoring water usage and recommends necessary repairs and maintenance measures to promote efficient utilization of resources.
6. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, maintenance equipment, tools, and plumbing materials.
7. Prepares simple work reports, accomplishment reports, and inventory of plumbing tools and materials as may be required.
8. Assists in general building maintenance and other minor repair works, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, and related utility functions when necessary.
9. Coordinates with the Administrative and General Services Unit or concerned office regarding repair requirements, maintenance schedules, and procurement of plumbing supplies and materials.
10. Ensures compliance with occupational safety standards, health protocols, and government rules and regulations in the performance of assigned duties.
11. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or authorized officials.

Field Operations Division - Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) - Regional Project Management Office (RPMO)

1. Arrange schedule of farmers to be verified and prepare necessary device and supplies that will be used during the field visit
2. Collect data from the RSBSA-registered farmers prior the actual field measurement
3. Conduct field measurement and mapping of declared farm areas of RSBSA-registered farmers
4. Upload the GPX files and encode data collected during the field measuring activity through the RCM system (and ICTS-developed system)
5. Validate/verify data collected with the AEWs and C/MAOs to ensure accuracy and correctness of data/information
6. Provide technical assistance during the conduct of liveness check or any caravan activities, whenever necessary
7. Provide feedback to the RSBSA-RPMO on the progress of field activities, challenges and other issues that may affect efficient project implementation
8. Perform other tasks and activities as directed by immediate supervisor.
