Tacloban City Fire Station, under the leadership of FCINSP DARREN P BACLEA-AN, City Fire Marshal, duly represented by SFO2 Charito R Ercilla, Chief, Public Information Unit, and SFO1 Rowena C Bulawan, Chief, Planning and Budget Unit, actively participated in the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Council Meeting.
