🛣️ City Infrastructure & Environmental Protection: Deliberated on 2nd Reading the proposed ordinance providing for the maintenance and protection of city roads, creeks, rivers, and waterways.

🎨 City Identity & Symbolism: Evaluated on 2nd Reading the proposed ordinance for the redesign and adoption of the official seal or logo of Tacloban City through a citywide design competition.

🚦 Barangay Traffic Management (Brgy. 85 San Jose): Reviewed Barangay Ordinance No. 03, Series of 2026, establishing a localized Traffic Management Code within its jurisdiction.

🧹Community Sanitation (Brgy. 60 Sagkahan): Reviewed Barangay Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2026, institutionalizing the "Tapat ko, Linis ko" policy to promote cleanliness and solid waste management.

🚫Anti-Open Burning Directives (Brgy. 60 Sagkahan): Handled Barangay Ordinance No. 3, Series of 2026, prohibiting the open burning of garbage, leaves, and other waste materials.

📄 Student Support & Free Clearances (Brgy. 99 Diit): Reviewed Barangay Ordinance No. 3, Series of 2026, providing free issuance of barangay clearances and certifications to all legitimate student residents.

🌱 Urban Agriculture & Sustainability (Brgy. 44 Quarry District): Evaluated Barangay Ordinance No. 06, Series of 2025, establishing, operating, and maintaining a Barangay Community Garden.

📜 Barangay Property & Land Use (Brgy. 91 Abucay): Deliberated on a resolution authorizing City Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez to execute a Deed of Usufruct for a 22-square-meter city-owned property lot.

🎟️ Senior Citizen Welfare & Privileges: Considered a resolution authorizing City Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez to enter into a MOA with Robinsons Movieworld for the implementation of the Free Movie Pass Privilege for Senior Citizens.

During yesterday's session September 03, 2026, SK Federation President Hon. Emmanuel Dirko S. De Paz joined city legislators to act upon the following key measures under the official Business for the Day:

🎖️ Modified Community Support Program MOA: Authorized City Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for the deployment and implementation of the Modified Community Support Program (MCSP) in Tacloban City.

🩺 KOICA Maternal & Child Health Project Phase 2: Authorized the MOU/MOA with World Vision Development Foundation, Inc. and DOH-EVCHD for license-to-operate applications and necessary equipment supporting the Electronic Medical Records System across district health centers.

🏫 Basic Education Facilities Program 2026: Authorized a Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Education (DepEd) relative to the implementation of the city's 2026 basic education facilities.

📊 Local & Barangay Financial Measures: Acted on the FY 2026 Annual Budget of Brgy. 43-A (SK), Supplemental Budgets for Brgy. Nos. 6-A and 30, CDC-EC Resolution No. 2026-02 for the Supplemental AIP 2026, Fund Reversion of ₱27,636,085.11, and Supplemental Budget No. 02 for FY 2026 of the City Government of Tacloban.

🤝 Tacloban City People's Council Ordinance: Deliberated on 2nd Reading the proposed ordinance institutionalizing Civil Society Organization (CSO) participation in local governance.

🛠️ Tacloban City Technical and Vocational School (TCTVS): Deliberated on 2nd Reading the proposed ordinance establishing the TCTVS, outlining its administrative requirements and funding appropriations.
