The University Human Resource Management Officers (HRMOs) from different campuses convened for a Conference Meeting aimed at strengthening HR services accross the University System.

The meeting served as a venue for discussing relevant and timely Human Resource Management concerns, including updates on the latest CSC, DBM and other government issuances affecting personnel administration and institutional operations.

Key matters discussed included levelling off of HR policies, practices, and implementation accross campuses to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with institutional standards. The conference likewise highlighted initiatives on Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Compliance, enhancement of HRMIS data entry and management, updating of GMIS/PSIPOP records, digitization initiatives, and timely submission of mandatory monthly reports.

The group also discussed the ongoing drafting and harmonization of the University HR Operations Manual to further institutionalize standardized procedures and improve service delivery mechanisms.

The conference reaffirmed the commitment of the HRMOs toward collaborative governance, continuous process improvement, and responsive human resource management in support of the University's mandate for quality and excellence in public service.
