📍 HOW TO JOIN
1. Subscribers who are interested to join will create a team of 5 players and pick a team captain (No 6th man).
2. Only the team captain will register for the team.
3. The team captain must submit a Team Name and the ff. details for each member:

📌 Contact Number (Smart, TNT or Sun)
📌 Facebook account of the Team Captain
(Complete the requirements prior to registration. Incomplete details will not be entertained.)
