𝗣𝗥𝗖 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲

The Provincial Government, through the Office of the Provincial Governor- Public Employment Service Office (PESO), in partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office, successfully conducted the PRC Mobile Services on May 27–28, 2026, at the Kalinga Sports Center Conference Hall, bringing essential government services closer and more accessible to the people of the province.

During the two-day activity, seventy-six (76) applications were processed and issued, one (1) First Time Board examination application was accommodated, forty-one (41) initial registrations were processed, and one hundred fifty-four (154) professionals renewed their licenses. Three (3) duplicate Professional Identification Cards were issued, while one hundred ninety-eight (198) Professional Identification Cards and thirty-eight (38) Certificates of Registration were printed. A total of one hundred ninety-eight (198) Professional Identification Cards and forty-two (42) Certificates of Registration were likewise released.

Under Continuing Professional Development evaluation, one hundred fifty-three (153) applications were assessed, including thirty-three (33) complete compliance submissions, twenty-eight (28) exemption requests for first renewal, two (2) Overseas Filipino Professionals applications, and ninety-one (91) undertakings. The activity also accommodated requests for examination ratings and authentication services, recording sixty-nine (69) rating requests, forty-six (46) passing certifications, sixty-nine (69) authenticated ratings, forty-seven (47) authenticated passing certifications, eight (8) authenticated Certificates of Registration, and one hundred eighteen (118) authenticated identification cards.

We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Professional Regulation Commission for the collaboration and partnership, as well as to the provincial government offices that extended support for the successful conduct of the activity. Their collective efforts greatly helped in making government services more responsive, inclusive, and accessible to the people of Kalinga.

Good day to all aspirants for the Officer Candidate Course (OCC) and Candidate Soldier Course (CSC)!

To those asking why your names are not included in the list of qualified examinees for the Mobile Pre-Entry Examination, we would like to clarify the key reasons behind this.

Being registered online does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the official list. Priority inclusion is given to those who personally attended our Recruitment Information Drive, Validation, Pre-Screening, and Registration activities conducted in your locality, as well as those listed in our official group chats. We also remind everyone to always read and follow instructions posted in our group chats, as schedules and details may change or get updated from time to time.

For those whose names are already on the list, please note that this does not yet mean you are fully confirmed to take the exam. You must arrive early at the venue on examination day, as we will call names one by one. When your name is called, your documents and qualifications will still be verified and validated. If you are not present when your name is called, we will need to replace your slot to keep the examination process moving smoothly and on schedule. These vacant slots will be given to early arrivals and walk-in applicants—especially for the CSC, where available slots are very limited.

We sincerely apologize to those who were not included in the list, but please do not lose hope. The Philippine Army will return to Kalinga next year to conduct another round of Mobile Pre-Entry Examination.
