The Kalinga State University Laboratory High School Library Club has officially elected its pioneering set of officers — marking a proud first among the four unit libraries of KSU!

With boundless energy and enthusiasm, LHS students gathered to shape the future of their library community. The Director for Library Services, warmly welcomed the members and celebrated their initiative. She then introduced Hon. Christopher M. Cubit, KSU Student Regent, who led the election process with inspiring guidance.

This milestone isn't just about leadership — it's about igniting a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong learning. Here's to the LHS Library Club, trailblazers of student engagement and champions of knowledge!

This activity is co-hosted by the College of Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Hospitality Management, KSU - College of Business Administration and Accountancy Student Council, College of Education, College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and College of Public Administration and Indigenous Governance. Nutrition Month 2025: Building a Healthier Nation, One Plate at a Time

Every July, the Philippines celebrates Nutrition Month, a nationwide initiative that promotes the importance of healthy eating, proper nourishment, and sustainable food practices across communities. Spearheaded by the National Nutrition Council (NNC), this month serves as a powerful reminder that nutrition is not just a personal responsibility—but a public movement toward a stronger, healthier Philippines.

For 2025, the campaign centers on “Kalusugan ng Bayan, Simulan sa Masustansyang Pamumuhay”—urging Filipinos to make mindful choices about their diet and lifestyle, and reinforcing nutrition education starting in schools, barangays, and households.

Nutrition Month reminds us that our strength as a nation begins with the health of every individual. Through collective effort and informed choices, we can build a future where every Filipino has the opportunity to thrive.
