Another Plaque for LIS 🎖️Congratulations 👏

LOOK: With pride and gratitude, we celebrate as our School Paper “UBUHUNG” under the ‘Pahinang Balita’ secures 4th Place at the Regional Schools Press Conference held in Bangued, Abra!

Alongside our paper, Mitch Alunday who garnered 1st in ‘Pagsulat ng Kolum’ during the Division Schools Press Conference had also the chance to represent Tabuk City in Abra with her coach Ms. Belinda Macaiba.

Today, LIS proudly celebrates a significant achievement as the Division Office of Tabuk City recently announced the winners of the Division Search for Most Outstanding YES-O Teacher-Adviser and School Implementer.

Mr. Harrison Sangao was recognized as the Outstanding YES-O Teacher-Adviser for the Secondary School, highlighting his dedication and leadership in promoting environmental awareness and youth involvement in sustainability initiatives.

Meanwhile, Ms. Belinda Macaiba earned recognition as a Finalist for the Most Outstanding YES-O Teacher-Adviser in the Elementary School, demonstrating her commitment to guiding young learners in environmental stewardship.

Adding to this proud moment, our school was also named a Finalist for the Most Outstanding YES-O School Implementer in the Elementary Level, reflecting the collective efforts of the school, students, and the entire Lacnog community in supporting environmental programs and initiatives.

The school community extends its heartfelt congratulations to the awardees for bringing pride and honor to LIS and for continuing to inspire students to care for and protect the environment.

Safety First: 1st Quarter Earthquake Drill Conducted 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃

Today, our school successfully conducted the 1st Quarter Nationwide Earthquake Drill to strengthen preparedness and ensure the safety of our learners, teachers, and staff.

This activity allows everyone to practice the proper response during an earthquake and reinforces the importance of staying alert and ready at all times.

Safe Water, Healthy Learners💧

Today, the City Health Office together with the Brgy Health Workers conducted water testing as part of their campaign to promote a safe and healthy learning institution.

This initiative helps ensure that the water our learners and staff use every day meets proper health and safety standards.

Thank you to the City Health Office for your dedication to protecting the well-being of our school community.

Together, we continue to create a cleaner, safer, and healthier place for everyone to learn and grow!
