Today, the personnel of the Tabaco City Fire Station, under the leadership of Acting City Fire Marshal FSINSP EDGAR R TAรAJURA JR, convened for the Troop Information and Education Program. In observance of the upcoming Fatherโs Day, our resource speaker, FO2 Javier A Lolo Jr, shared an inspiring message about the essence of fatherhood.
He reminded us that fathers play many roles, as leaders in our agency, as heads of our households, and as guiding figures in our community. A fatherโs worth is seen in his responsibilities, sacrifices, and perseverance for the sake of his children and those entrusted to his care. His character must always be upright, serving as a good example to others.
As FO2 Lolo emphasized, children may not remember every word spoken, but they will always remember the time, love, and presence their fathers gave them. While fathers are often seen as providers and pillars of strength, we must also recognize that they, too, grow weary. They need courage, comfort, care, and love to continue fulfilling their duties with resilience and compassion.
Let us honor all fathersโnot only for their strength, but also for their humanity, their sacrifices, and their unwavering love.
