April 9, 2026 - A heartwarming reunion! Miss Shanelle Nicolas of Barangay 61, Maslog, Legazpi City, was reunited with her personal belongings, graciously returned by Mr. Tolentino Marson Dela Cruz, a Habal Habal driver from San Carlos, Tabaco City.

The story goes: on April 2, 2026, around 9 PM, Miss Nicolas hired Mr. Dela Cruz to take her to Adelaida Resort in Barangay San Vicente, Tabaco City. After arriving at the resort, they lost contact due to some miscommunication. Mr. Dela Cruz, realizing he had Miss Nicolas' backpack and laptop sling bag, immediately turned them over to the personnel of Tabaco City Police Station under the supervision of PLTCOL VIRGIL B BIBAT, COP.

Fortunately, Miss Nicolas received her belongings complete and intact, with nothing missing. Kudos to Mr. Tolentino for being a true hero! Your honesty and kindness restored not just belongings, but also faith in humanity. This selfless act aligns with the directive of Hon. REYNALDO B BRAGAIS, City Mayor, to ensure a safer environment for all.
