June 9, 2025- The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) proudly took part in the 2025 Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Program, carrying the true spirit of bayanihan, volunteerism, and student leadership.

With united hearts and helping hands, our student leaders joined the community in preparing a safe, clean, and reading-friendly learning environment. Because building a nation of readers starts with solidarity, service, and shared dedication.

S.Y. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 of Suyo National High School is now officially signing off.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦
On March 28 2025, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) held a meaningful and inspiring program to formally mark the transition of leadership from the outgoing officers to the newly elected council. The event, held at Suyo National High School, embodied the values of responsibility, dedication, and hope as the SSLG sought to honor its outgoing officers while welcoming a new era under the guidance of the incoming team.
The program commenced with opening remarks from Joaquin Philipus P. Galdones the outgoing SSLG President. Reflecting on his title, He shared stories of success and challenges that had shaped the council's journey. He expressed his gratitude to his fellow officers, the student body, and school administration for their unwavering support in fostering student empowerment and progress.
As the highlight of the event, The outgoing SSLG President conducted the ceremonial passing of the "Key of Responsibility" to Vince Joshua Pio, the newly elected SSLG President.
The program concluded with a dance led by the old and new SSLG officers. Every student enjoyed the whole program as they applauded both the new and old SSLG. Attendees were reminded that leadership is not confined to titles but is embodied in the shared efforts and aspirations of the student community. As the event wrapped up, a renewed sense of purpose and camaraderie filled the atmosphere, signaling a promising future for the SSLG.

Former Terrorist's Experience: A Talk with SSLG of Suyo National High School, Butac IS, and Baringcucurong NHS

On December 6, 2024, a compelling talk with the thoughtprovoking and lifechanging, wherein SSLG from Suyo National High School,Butac Integrated School and Baringcucurong congregated in Dap-ayan Daguiti Mannalon. It gave way to former terrorist who shares with utmost excitement his remarkable transformation of having turned his life out from the pit of terrorism for having taken peace instead of the bullets and blood.

The guest speaker, once a member of a terrorist group, held the attention of the students with his candid and heartfelt testimony. He had once been thoroughly involved in armed insurgency but now devotes his life to working towards peace and preventing the radicalization of youth, particularly. His journey from a violent extremist to a peace advocate was both inspiring and profoundly moving.

Advance Merry Christmas and Happy New year SNHSians

The simplicity of the decorations has made the holiday more personalized and meaningful. Quiet joy found its way in the twinkling of soft lights as they flickered with students passing and talking and laughing, their faces aglow with the same warmth the lights were cast upon. For SNHS, this simple setup embodied Christmas-the spirit of togetherness, simplicity, and light. It sufficed to remind everyone of how sometimes it's about the little things that will make the season truly great.
