The 54 barangays of Surigao City successfully held their 1st Semester Barangay Assembly Meetings during Saturdays and Sundays of March. These events were conducted with the close supervision and monitoring of the DILG-Surigao City personnel, under the leadership of the dedicated CLGOO Roberto E. Patayon.
โ€‹The assemblies focused on the State of the Barangay Address (SOBA), the Local & National Programs Advocacy, the Barangay Financial Reports and the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Accomplishments.
This citywide milestone reflects the hard work of all Barangay Officials headed by their respective Punong Barangays and the tireless dedication of the DILG personnel in upholding the principles of transparent governance.
