3RD FORMATION | 723rd NROTCU (Aff) – Surigao Education Center

The 723rd Naval Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (Affiliated) – Surigao Education Center successfully conducted its 3rd Formation, featuring Morning Colors, Close Order Drill (COD), and a lecture for MS1 cadets under the guidance and supervision of their respective Senior Officers.

The activities strengthened the cadets’ discipline, bearing, teamwork, leadership, and military knowledge, while emphasizing the importance of obedience, coordination, and commitment to duty. 🇵🇭⚓

Through every formation, command, and lesson, our MS1 cadets continue to develop the values and skills needed to become responsible, disciplined, and capable future leaders.

The 723RD NROTCU(Aff) - SURIGAO EDUCATION CENTER kicked off its latest formation starting with the solemn raising of the flag during Morning Colors, setting a tone of respect, focus, and readiness for the day.

Following the morning ceremony, the unit transitioned directly into rigorous Close Order Drill (COD) training. Cadets focused on precision, alignment, and sharp ex*****on of commands, putting military bearing and coordination into practice under the guidance of student leaders and officers.

The day's activities concluded with comprehensive lectures reinforcing the core values of discipline, teamwork, obedience, and leadership. Every command executed and every lesson absorbed highlights our commitment to moving and acting as one cohesive unit.

The 723rd Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NROTC) Unit (Affiliated) of Surigao Education Center successfully conducted its 1st Sunday Formation and Turn Over Ceremony, marking the official start of a new training year filled with discipline, leadership, and service.

With the active participation of our MS1 cadets, the event showcased unity, commitment, and the true spirit of a naval reservist — "Honor, Courage, and Commitment.

From the precise drills to the solemn turn over, every step reflected the values we uphold and the future leaders we are building. This is more than just a formation. This is where character is forged, where responsibility is passed on, and where the legacy of the 723rd NROTC continues to sail forward.
