Surigao Provincial Center for Women's Training and Development This is the official page of Surigao Provincial Center for Women's Training and Development. All recent updates shall be posted here. OBJECTIVES
1.

GOAL

To enable women acquire a sustained capacity to live a self-determined, productive, satisfying, and fulfilled life. Formulate Provincial Development Plan for Women with programs, projects, activities which provide income and employment opportunities to women especially in the rural areas.

2. Include an assessment of the extent to which these programs/projects integrate women in the developm

ent process and its impact on women.

3. Ensure the active participation of women and women’s organizations in the development and/or projects including their involvement in the planning, design, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation.

4. Assist women in activities that are of critical significance to their self-reliance and development.

5. To establish linkages with other women organization in the province, outside the province and outside the country to promote economic and other activities, replication of good practices and sharing of resources.

6. Mobilize women to full development.
