DepEd Surigao City Releases Additional Advice Orders for Newly Promoted Teaching and Related-Teaching Personnel
Surigao City, April 28, 2026

The Department of Education – Surigao City Division released additional advice orders for the newly promoted teaching and related-teaching personnel under the Expanded Career Progression System, as well as through promotion via natural vacancy.

This latest release follows the initial distribution conducted on April 16, 2026, where the event was also attended by key division officials led by the Schools Division Superintendent. This activity forms as part of the Division’s ongoing efforts to promote professional growth and provide career advancement opportunities for its employees.

With the issuance of these additional advice orders, it ensures that more personnel are formally recognized and given the opportunity to step into higher roles within the organization.

The Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Marilou B. Dedumo, CESO V, initially expressed her sincere appreciation to the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) for their committed efforts in overseeing the submission and validation of the teachers’ documents. In addition, she encouraged the newly promoted teaching and related-teaching personnel to stay committed to their responsibilities and continue delivering quality education and dedicated public service.
