As communities in Sarangani Province, General Santos City, South Cotabato, and neighboring areas continue to recover from the recent Magnitude 7.8 earthquake, the Schools Division of South Cotabato, through the spirit of bayanihan and solidarity, invites all DepEd personnel, stakeholders, partners, alumni, parents, and community members to support the PROJECT BULIGANAY Donation Drive for affected schools, learners, and teaching and non-teaching personnel.
