6: Prohibited Acts

1. Unauthorized tapping or connection to water pipelines.

2. Tampering with water meters.

3. Unathorized reconnection

4. Use of pumps directly connected to municipal water lines to increase pressure.

5. Intentional contamination of water sources or reservoirs.

7. Penalties

Violations shall result in:
• First offense: Fine of 500.00
• Second offense: Fine of 1,000.00
• Third offense: Fine of 2,000.00 and/or imprisonment of 1 to 6 months

Violations involving contamination may result in imprisonment of 1 to 6 months.

Mandatory disconnection of water service may be enforced.

‼️As per LGU Ordinance bawal ang illegal tapping

Owners, expect nga makadawat mo ug penalty sa billing kung ma-violate ang rule.

First offence: Php 500.00 (see previous post about Water Service Guidelines)
Second offense: Php 1,000.00
Third: Php 2,000 + priso

Kung maputlan ta ug meter, ayaw buhata ang illegal nga paagi. Bisita sa opisina aron mahibalo unsaon pagpabalik sa meter.

FYI, adtong March 19, 2026 NAGPAHIGAYON ang Water Works uban sa LGU og comprehensive WATER TESTING pinaagi sa usa ka Water Testing Laboratory gikan sa CDO, nga naglakip sa PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL, ug MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS, apil ang E.COLI TESTING, aron MASIGURO ang KALUWASAN ug KALIDAD sa atong Kidampas Surface Water Source.
