Good news to all aspiring students!
The President Ramon Magsaysay State University – Iba Campus will reopen the online registration for the PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027.
Registration Period:
Registration will be open until March 31, 2026 only.
Who may register?
This registration link is strictly for applicants who have NOT yet registered since November 24, 2025, when PCET registration first opened.

Applicants who registered from November 24 to December 31, 2025, but were unable to take the exam on January 17, 24, 31, or February 7, 2026, and who have requested rescheduling, will be provided with a separate registration link.
Important Reminders:
- When filling out the registration form, please make sure to provide a VALID and ACTIVE email address, as your Test Permit and other important examination instructions will be sent through email. Using an incorrect or inactive email address may prevent you from receiving your Test Permit, so please double-check your information to avoid any inconvenience.
- Applicants who already registered during the reopening of the Satellite Campuses are no longer allowed to register again under the Iba Campus, as duplicate registration is not allowed.
- Those who registered in the reopening of the Satellite Campuses starting January 19 onwards are advised to wait for their Test Permit to be sent to their registered email address.
