LTO Sorsogon District Office, through the DOTr Handog Program, will be conducting a FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) on September 14–15, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the LTO Sorsogon District Office.

This is open to interested applicants for a Student-Driver’s Permit. Take this opportunity to gain essential knowledge on traffic rules, road safety, and responsible driving.

REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENT-DRIVER’S PERMIT APPLICATION:
• PSA Birth Certificate/Passport;
• PSA Marriage Certificate (if married);
• Valid ID;
• Medical Certificate from an LTO-accredited clinic;
• Duly accomplished Application Form;
• LTMS Portal Account

FOR MINORS (16–17 years old):
• Parent or Guardian’s written consent
• One (1) valid ID of the parent or guardian
