A stronger sense of belonging, appreciation, and pride in one another. This was week 15 of the camp carried through as it continued its reflective activity in the hub.
Guided once again by our dedicated PNP security team, social workers, camp admin and core team members, our A-One Youth participants revisited the lesson theme, "Leaders Ask Better Questions." Through meaningful conversations and thoughtful reflection, they discovered that the best questions do more than seek answers—they build understanding, strengthen relationships, and create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
As stories were shared and perspectives exchanged, it became evident that leadership is not only about personal growth but also about recognizing the growth of others. The trust built within the camp continued to flourish in the hub, transforming simple interactions into genuine connections and individual experiences into shared victories.
There is something powerful about witnessing young people take pride not only in their own journey, but also in the progress of their peers. In those moments, A-One became more than a program—it became a community where every voice matters, every story contributes, and every question opens the door to deeper understanding.
Because when leaders ask better questions, they don't just discover better answers—they help build a stronger sense of belonging for everyone around them. 💙💛🧡
