A proud milestone was celebrated as our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) successfully completed the TESDA Dressmaking NC II program, proving that learning, growth, and transformation can happen at any stage of life.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Hon. Vice Governor Eufemia Ang Dacayo; Leonore Lee Lopez, OIC Provincial Director, DTIโNueva Vizcaya; Leonida U. Tayaban, School Supervisor; Frederick Samiling, School Administrator I; and Cirilyn Lagmay, TESDA Trainer, whose presence and words of encouragement inspired the graduates as they embark on a new chapter.
This achievement reflects the power of skills development in restoring hope, building confidence, and creating opportunities for a productive future.
Congratulations to all our PDL graduates!
Your perseverance and determination have stitched a path toward a brighter tomorrow.
